Responsibilities
Support the commercial team in managing and organizing contracts, amendments, commercial terms, and documentation associated with projects and clients
Prepare, review and control commercial documents, such as technical/commercial proposals, NDAs, contracts, presentations and internal forms
Monitor administrative and bureaucratic processes of the commercial cycle, from supporting proposal preparation to handover to engineering and project teams
Maintain up-to-date commercial records, controls and files, ensuring traceability, version control and compliance with internal processes and group requirements
Act as an interface between the commercial, legal, finance and technical teams
Provide support for interactions with international clients and teams
Assist in tracking deadlines, submissions and contract renewals
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of commercial processes
Requirements
Previous experience as a Commercial Analyst, Contracts Analyst, Sales Operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience with commercial documentation, contracts and administrative processes within the commercial area
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, International Relations or related fields
Fluent English (essential for written and verbal communication with international teams and clients)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
