About the role
- Procurement Analytics Associate managing data center procurement programs at Prologis, transforming data into actionable insights and maintaining procurement governance.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Data Center Procurement and Development teams
- Aggregate and structure procurement data to provide real-time visibility into cost, schedule, and risk
- Transform raw supplier and project data into actionable dashboards and insights
- Track equipment from submittal through manufacturing, FAT, shipment, delivery, and site readiness
- Proactively identify schedule risks and provide early-warning reporting
- Support purchase order execution and tracking to ensure accuracy, compliance, and status transparency
- Coordinate with suppliers and construction teams to maintain disciplined document control and governance
- Attend weekly OFCI coordination calls and supplier meetings as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to structure and synthesize complex procurement, production, and schedule data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience managing purchase orders and tracking supplier performance or manufacturing schedules
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks within procurement and production timelines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgment when forming recommendations or escalating risks.
