Product Marketing Specialist supporting customer marketing initiatives for MarkLogic and Semaphore. Collaborating with various teams to drive customer success and product adoption.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of customer marketing programs that celebrate customer success and increase product adoption
Help create customer-facing assets—case studies, testimonials, success videos, and spotlights—showcasing measurable impact and ROI
Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to assist with retention and expansion campaigns
Maintain and update the customer advocacy library and assist in coordinating customer participation in references, events, and analyst briefings
Conduct basic data and sentiment analysis on customer engagement metrics to inform future programs
Draft and edit content for newsletters, webinars, and community features highlighting customer innovation and outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across campaigns and platforms
Requirements
1–3 years of marketing experience—preferably in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B SaaS/software marketing role
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and curious, eager to use data and feedback to guide program improvements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering or a related field
Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven software solutions is beneficial
Familiarity with customer advocacy, lifecycle, or community marketing programs is beneficial
Comfort working with cross-functional technical and marketing teams in a global organization is beneficial
Demonstrable AI skills in the development of content creation and sales aids is beneficial
