Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive events calendar
Identify requirements and expectations for each marketing event
Prepare and implement detailed event plans
Manage logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and event deliverables
Research, evaluate, and secure suitable venues
Source, negotiate, and contract vendors
Secure speakers and sponsors
Support end-to-end event operations
Maintain communication with internal teams and assigned personnel
Deliver exceptional attendee experiences
Manage assigned events and track success by supporting event reporting
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related coordination role
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Exceptional organizational skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Resourceful and proactive approach
Familiarity with event and marketing tools such as registration platforms, CRM systems, and project management software
