About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communication and correspondence with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining product, client and supplier information in our master data system
  • Registering client account setups with suppliers and recording order data
  • Assisting with price and terms negotiations
  • Telephone customer support and handling complaints
  • Filing company correspondence, contracts and informational documents

Requirements

  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or higher
  • Enjoy working with people and food products
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
