About the role

  • Marketing leader in B2B SaaS transforming traditional strategies in a dynamic market. Leading comprehensive marketing functions aimed at growth and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives across regions and products - including positioning, brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, digital experience (website) and regional activation
  • Create fast and frequent feedback mechanisms to improve activities based on results
  • Demand Generation:
  • Lead the team to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and conversions
  • Drive pipeline growth through key channels: Performance Media (SEM, etc), CRM/Emailing, Events, Digital Experience (website – SEO/GEO). Continuously experiment and optimize
  • Own Marketing-sourced pipeline goals and Marketing's contribution to NewARR
  • Own conversion metrics in collaboration with SDR, Sales, and RevOps, ensuring tight alignment and accountability from MQL to Opportunity velocity
  • Brand & Positioning:
  • Shape and elevate our brand as a category leader, developing innovative, unexpected and compelling narratives that resonate with our clients, prospects and partners
  • Ensure Product Marketing excellence; work closely with Product and Sales to translate capabilities into differentiated customer-facing messaging. Build messaging framework, and clearly articulate our value propositions across different products, personas and markets
  • Oversee public relations, thought leadership, content, and social media strategies
  • Analytics, ROI & Automation:
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance across the funnel. Use data insights to drive decisions and improve performance and resource allocation
  • Partner with RevOps to create a high-integrity reporting and forecasting infrastructure
  • Modernize processes, tools, and tech-stack for automation and better data-driven decisions
  • Regional Marketing
  • Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies for our core geographies
  • Enable and empower local teams with the right campaigns, assets, templates and tools to drive growth
  • Team Leadership & Culture:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team
  • Set clear goals, provide coaching and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Implement training programs that ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles with Revenue accountability in High-Touch motions: Marketing-sourced pipeline and NewARR contribution
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing global marketing functions
  • Ability to connect brand and performance, long-term positioning with short-term pipeline generation
  • Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and ability to successfully navigate both data-driven and creative worlds
  • Hands-on experience with modern MarTech (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Make.com, Lusha, Clearbit, etc), and Agentic AI to generate productivity improvements, and deep expertise in at least one of the following: CRM/emailing, performance media, or digital experience (website)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels
  • Other: Fluent in English; willing and able to travel internationally – mostly within Europe

  • Experience with B2B SaaS businesses with No-Touch (Self-Serve) revenue motion
  • Previous experience in EdTech industry
  • Fluency with Salesforce CRM environment is a plus
