Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing activities and cross-functional teams for success in the Electronic material market
  • Conduct market and customer research to define product requirements and priorities
  • Own the product portfolio strategy for resins used in electronics
  • Collaborate with R&D and Technical Service teams to define product specifications
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on value analysis and cost structures
  • Lead new product development and launches in collaboration with R&D
  • Develop an integrated business and marketing plan
  • Execute and own the deliverables

  • Profound understanding of the market, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Attention to detail without losing the big picture
