- Support departments with accurate data, clear processes and governance.
- Define and monitor operational, financial and productivity KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong background with metrics, targets, cadences and process governance.
- Consistent track record in structuring or improving processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and in complex environments.
