Responsibilities
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care as well as gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activating daily programs
- Documentation of the care process centered on the resident
- Ensuring quality of care within the team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a state-qualified nursing professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and (registered) nurse
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy when working with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work all shifts
- IT affinity
