About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents' quality of life through individual, activating, and holistic care and support
- Actively participate in and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health condition and individual needs
- Document care processes and contribute to quality assurance
- Carry out medically delegated prescriptions and therapies
- Provide conceptual guidance and further develop practices on the residential units
- Provide professional supervision to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High level of commitment and strong organizational skills
- Enjoy working with residents
- Team player with social skills and a strong sense of responsibility
