Responsibilities
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individualized support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process
- Contribute to ensuring the quality of care
- A listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Applications welcome with or without professional experience
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / comfortable using IT systems
