About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for strategic and operational development in IT-Channel at Prianto GmbH. Engaging in customer acquisition and partner network enhancement in software sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new customer potential and acquiring new channel partners
  • Sales-focused consulting and placement of modern software solutions with system integrators, resellers and MSPs/hosting providers
  • Responsible for revenue development and pipeline management
  • Developing and implementing concrete measures to increase revenue, partner activation and market presence
  • Analyzing market and customer needs to develop appropriate sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and implementing targeted measures to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Planning, coordinating and following up on manufacturer campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Experience selling software or IT solutions is preferred, ideally in an enterprise or channel environment
  • Good knowledge of the distribution business and understanding of the IT channel
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of open-source products or experience in the Apple ecosystem
  • Confident manner and strong communication skills – by phone, in writing and in person
  • Independent, structured working style with a strong goal- and results-orientation
  • Enjoys customer acquisition and long-term relationship management
  • Strategic thinker with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Good written and spoken English and confident use of MS Office
  • Moderate willingness to travel within the DACH region and interest in innovative IT solutions
