Responsibilities
You handle incoming requests from our customers (phone calls to the main line are prioritized, but you’ll also support via live chat, SMS and email). You provide the necessary help to move them forward in their journey and ensure their issue is resolved by following up on their needs. All of this without sounding like a robot — good news, we only hire humans!
We need all feedback and ideas to deliver an intuitive, flawless customer experience. In collaboration with several teams at Pretto (sales / marketing / product), you share your observations and customers’ feedback so we know how to improve satisfaction and our service as a whole. You know customers’ needs best, so you act as their spokesperson.
Thousands of our users wonder who we are or how we operate. You’ll make our FAQ come alive by keeping it up to date and by writing articles that answer the questions you encounter most often.
Requirements
Excellent written French with impeccable grammar and spelling.
You are exacting and responsive: a good answer arrives quickly and is accurate.
You have previous experience handling customers in a sales role or in a similar customer service position — and you enjoyed it.
You have strong interpersonal skills and can adapt your communication to the situation and the person in front of you.
Kindness is not just a concept, it’s a principle: you remain calm and pedagogical in all circumstances.
