About the role

  • Brand Coordinator driving sustained and profitable growth across assigned channels for PPG. Designing marketing strategies and managing product portfolios to strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Increase growth and profitability of assigned channels through strategic planning in-store execution.
  • Manage the product portfolio, ensuring assortment through SKU onboarding, delisting, and performance-based action plans.
  • Lead teams in the development, launch, and commercialization of new products.
  • Conduct frequent store visits, within the traditional and hardware channels, alongside Trade Marketing and Sales teams to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Help develop the annual Marketing Plan and main building blocks to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and analyze pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and channel needs.
  • Monitor main Indicators (Sell In, Sell Out, Numeric Distribution, Inventory Levels).
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including traditional media, digital channels, events, and activations.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing on the creation and production of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, POS materials, samples), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Help develop exhibition stand for trade shows, expos, and conventions.
  • Oversee administrative processes: customer onboarding, GS1 registrations, internal product setups, budget control, sample requests, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as Brand Assistant / Brand Associate within FMCG or mass consumption companies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development and portfolio management.
  • Previous exposure to large retail accounts.
  • Experience working with distributors and wholesale channels.
