Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic growth primarily of Hydrocarbon (H) Passive Fire Protection (PFP)
Develop and direct implementation of the annual and long-term sales, marketing, and technical strategies
Assure that sales and profitability targets are achieved
Guide and support the commercial teams on effective value selling
Identify new business opportunities and ensure continuing sales growth
Maintain technical knowledge of new products, techniques, and industry trends
Cultivate accounts and ensure repeat business by supplying good service
Support Product Management with technical literature
Support sales and engineering teams for proper material take off interpretations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related degree
Master's degree would be advantageous
10 or more years of experience in strategy or sales within the chemical industry
Knowledge of commercial industry's safety performance standards and regulations related to fire protection
Knowledge of the fire protection engineering and/or fire test methods is a benefit
Proficiency in gathering and analyzing market intelligence
Demonstrated experience collaborating with and effectively engaging external customers at all levels
Experience and exposure to regional business dynamics and the ability to drive implementation of required activities across the region
Travel is required both domestic and international; Ideal candidate resides in Golf Coast of United States
