About the role
- Product Analyst seeking to enhance product lives with technical specification management at Positivo Tecnologia. Focusing on product lifecycle from creation to market introduction.
Responsibilities
- Fill in product technical specifications using what we call the technical specification form.
- Monitor product implementation during SKU registration homologations until final satisfactory approval.
- Request creation of codes for new products via the company’s provided platforms, ensuring codes are created in a timely manner.
- When necessary, request and follow up on changes to product characteristics (components, graphic materials and product attributes) together with the material registration team through a Product Change Notification (NAP) within the company platform; requests may originate from other areas.
- Request graphic item codes for products.
- Request creation of a new Image or Matrix from Product Engineering through the company’s platforms.
- Request configuration label codes for retail products and perform technical review of the data.
- Create and distribute product datasheets using a predefined template agreed with the product owner/analyst responsible for the product.
- Manage and share the product line for retail and corporate markets.
- Submit requests for compatibility testing for NPI (New Product Introduction) and MdM (More of the Same) projects when necessary.
- Request creation of sample codes for future purchases on the company’s purchasing platform.
- Extract and update system databases for maintenance of the area’s Power BI reports, ensuring clarity of tasks for stakeholders.
- Track all phases of the product lifecycle, from inception and market introduction through end-of-life, maintaining codes in the product lines.
- Perform activities in accordance with area procedures and guidance from the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Desirable experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, etc.) for creating material codes.
- Basic knowledge of how to assemble a desktop computer or laptop.
