About the role
- Senior Real Estate Analyst assisting General Managers with resident lease data analysis to optimize company real estate assets. Collaborating with teams to ensure accurate data management and market research.
Responsibilities
- Managing monthly resident rent escalations and ensuring timely, accurate updates to internal systems.
- Drafting resident lease agreements and amendments on behalf of General Managers and Resident Success Managers as needed.
- Conducting market research and analyzing market comparables to support the evaluation of potential growth opportunities.
- Overseeing the monthly process for resident lease data across EMEA and Canada locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with regional requirements.
- Assisting with square footage audits and related data verification activities.
- Maintaining a high standard of data accuracy, documentation quality, and operational reliability.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Vice President and Director of Resident Success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with CoStar Real Estate Manager (formerly Virtual Premise)
- Experience with Power BI
