About the role

  • Junior Financial Analyst supporting Treasury functions at technology transformation company CI&T. Managing cash flow, financial applications, and compliance controls in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cash Flow Management: Update cash flow spreadsheets and systems (inflows and outflows) daily.
  • Financial Investments: Perform operational controls, system recording, and maintain control spreadsheets for the portfolio's financial investments.
  • Debt Management: Assist with operational control of guarantees, maintain loan/borrowing schedules, and monitor payment dates within the debt payment flow.
  • Derivatives: Support the team with document organization and basic system updates for derivative transactions, ensuring physical and digital files are properly maintained.
  • Working Capital Management: Collect, compile, and extract monthly billing and accounts receivable/payable data to support calculation of financial cycle indicators (e.g., DSO by customer).
  • Internal and External Audit Support: Gather, organize, standardize, and archive documentary evidence for all operations, ensuring prompt response and agility to audit requests.
  • Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct registration checks (KYC routine), consult external databases (Serasa, Reuters, D&B), and assemble documentary dossiers for new clients (prospects) for senior team review and decision-making.
  • Financial Results Review and Optimization: Assist in preparing accounting schedules and populating spreadsheets for the monthly close.
  • Maintenance of Compliance and Governance Controls: Ensure adherence to internal policies in operational routines (e.g., SOX controls) by organizing supporting documentation and keeping the area's folders strictly up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience in Financial Mathematics and cash flow management.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets for database manipulation and control spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and a support-oriented profile.
