About the role

  • R2P team member responsible for processing payroll data accurately within deadlines. Working with clients and supporting HR processes for leading organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and HR data accurately and on time
  • Handle client queries via phone, chat and email
  • Administer HR processes (workforce admin, C&B, documentation, lifecycle changes)
  • Provide guidance on HR policies
  • Keep process documentation up to date
  • Resolve errors and escalations promptly
  • Cooperate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Support knowledge sharing and process improvements
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • Advanced English and German
  • Strong knowledge of workforce admin, benefits, rewards & compensation
  • Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
  • HR systems experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, time-management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • 4–6 years of HR experience preferred
  • Positive team player; mentoring or team-lead experience is a plus
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree required
