About the role

  • Analista Atendimento JR responsible for clear customer service and problem resolution at Cogna. Collaborating with teams while handling client issues and utilizing CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and concise customer service, focusing on problem resolution and complaint management;
  • Use CRM systems to record and track customer interactions;
  • Handle conflicts and negotiations with empathy and proactivity;
  • Work collaboratively within a team, maintaining organization and adaptability to company processes;
  • Use Microsoft Office to prepare reports and for internal communication;
  • Apply sales techniques and process management to improve customer service;
  • Maintain verbal and written fluency in all activities performed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields related to customer service;
  • Courses in customer service;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and process and people management;
  • Ability to handle conflicts and negotiations;
  • Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese;
  • Ability to work in a team;
