Responsibilities
Build advanced analyses on: digital sales funnel, conversion, customer behavior, and commercial efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key business metrics such as Sales, CAC, LTV, Churn, Upsell/Cross-sell, and campaign performance.
Maintain an analytical routine with a Product, Growth, and E-commerce perspective.
Identify growth and channel optimization opportunities and propose hypotheses, experiments and A/B tests focused on increasing conversion.
Perform quick and in-depth analyses in a dynamic environment, supporting short- and medium-term decisions.
Develop KPIs, dashboards and analytical models that support tactical and strategic decision-making.
Structure consistent metrics across a multi-source data environment.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable analyses, models and indicators.
Handle large volumes of data using SQL and Python.
Create queries and exploratory models for recurring and ad-hoc analyses.
Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the data used in sales decisions.
Act as a bridge between Data and Business, ensuring analyses have direct impact on sales performance.
Work with diverse teams (Growth, Product, Commercial, CRM, Marketing) to align metrics, priorities and strategies.
Help the vertical evolve toward an increasingly data-driven model, improving predictability and commercial efficiency.
Lead meetings, present insights and influence decisions with clear, technically sound narratives for all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, IT, Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields.
Thematic Experience: Strong experience with commercial intelligence, Growth, E-commerce, CRM and sales metrics.
Analytical Background: Robust experience in data analysis, performance metrics (KPIs), cohort analysis, funnels and customer behavior.
SQL: Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, extraction and building complex queries.
Visualization/BI: Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, including data modeling and building performance dashboards.
Programming: Knowledge of Python for analyses and automation of routines.
Behavioral and Business Skills (Soft Skills): Strong analytical ability with an impact-oriented mindset; ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead consultative conversations with business areas; strong sense of priority and organization to operate in dynamic environments.
