Responsibilities
Make direct contact with qualified leads generated from the website, working on conversion and across all stages of the sales/negotiation process.
Sell credit and financing products, such as refinancing, FCDC, and CGCD.
Manage multichannel service (chat, email, and phone), maintaining direct contact with customers and brokers.
Request and validate required documentation, negotiate rates, and present the benefits of the products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong command of CRM tools.
Solid prior experience in commercial/sales roles.
Previous experience in the loans and financing segment will be considered an advantage.
Experience with complex sales processes where leads require nurturing to close.
