About the role

  • Corporate Travel Consultant managing travel spend across categories for enterprise clients. Guiding customers through HRS’ innovative Copilot AI platform for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You take full ownership of your customer’s total travel spend – across all categories (Transient, Meetings & Groups, Longstay) and both managed and unmanaged spend
  • You map and manage key stakeholders within the customer’s organization – across markets, business units, and functions – to build a strong internal network and identify expansion opportunities
  • You consult the customer on strategic goals in key dimensions like savings, traveler satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance
  • You lead the negotiation process for the customer’s individual hotel program (RFP) and you conduct targeted re-negotiations with hotels in key destinations to achieve optimal outcomes for the customer
  • You guide the customer through HRS’ Copilot AI platform, acting as a change agent who ensures that “next best actions” are understood, adopted, and executed effectively to optimize against set targets
  • With your holistic understanding of the customer’s spend, you support the Customer Success Manager in upsell and cross-sell initiatives, grounding every recommendation in performance data and insights

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills – ability to articulate value, communicate success stories, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong negotiation capabilities – experienced in leading commercial discussions with suppliers and procurement stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset – you understand client needs, speak their business language, and connect strategic objectives with measurable results
  • Project management skills – structured, goal-oriented, and comfortable driving complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical and insight-driven approach – you leverage AI-generated data and insights to interpret results and guide customers
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Experience in travel-related industries, in particular for enterprise B2B clients, is a plus
