About the role

  • Technical Consultant I for Scania focusing on scheduling maintenance and customer service interactions. Managing service flows and vehicle history assessments at the Jacupiranga location.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule maintenance and repair services for the workshop via phone calls or WhatsApp;
  • Prospect for services, ensuring a steady flow of jobs for the workshop;
  • Greet customers at the workshop, open service orders (S.O.), request credit authorization and update customer records;
  • Review vehicle history to determine whether the work is preventive maintenance, a repair, or under warranty;
  • Negotiate prices and timelines, identifying required services and technical and safety campaigns;
  • Prepare estimates, schedule services and conduct prospecting;
  • Conduct negotiations using technical and commercial arguments;
  • Handle Scania Assistance (roadside assistance) calls, carrying out the related processes from opening service orders through negotiation until issuance of the invoice (NF).

Requirements

  • High school diploma (complete secondary education);
  • Must reside in the region;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Organizational skills, planning, and a sense of urgency;
  • Proven experience.
