About the role

  • Intern position at CIEE involved in assisting students and organizations with opportunity registrations and data entries. Providing service assistance to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registering and publicizing opportunities.
  • Update client records;
  • Enter data for internship programs, keeping the database up to date;
  • Direct users to the Portal pages according to requested services;
  • Clarify clients' questions about products and services;
  • Handle inquiries and register new clients;
  • Assist with maintaining the database (client registrations);
  • Perform technical promotion of products;
  • Provide customer service via email, phone and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus;
  • Must have at least 1 year remaining until graduation/eligibility to intern;
  • Must reside in São Paulo (SP).
