About the role

  • Creative Ops Coordinator configuring Asana from scratch for Relay’s Marketing team. Focusing on creative workflows to support the marketing and brand team.

Responsibilities

  • Audit current creative workflow needs
  • Configure Asana instance: workspace structure, projects, sections
  • Build project templates for recurring work types
  • Set up task dependencies & milestones
  • Create custom fields, rules, and automations
  • Build intake forms for stakeholders
  • Document system workings for the team
  • Train marketing team on setup and adjustments

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on Asana expertise
  • Understanding of creative and marketing teams' workflows
  • Ability to work independently and deliver clean work on time
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Asana's advanced features is a bonus
  • Experience integrating Asana with other tools is a bonus
  • Experience with other project management tools is a bonus
