About the role

  • Support students and institutions in managing internship opportunities while updating databases and assisting clients. Position demands good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities.
  • Update client records;
  • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date;
  • Direct users to the appropriate pages of the Portal based on requested services;
  • Answer client questions about products and services;
  • Provide service to and register new clients;
  • Assist with maintaining the database (client registration);
  • Provide technical product promotion;
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone and WhatsApp to provide information about processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist/technical program), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus;
  • Must have at least one year remaining before graduation;
  • Must reside in the Federal District (DF).
