Responsibilities
Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities.
Update client records;
Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date;
Direct users to the appropriate pages of the Portal based on requested services;
Answer client questions about products and services;
Provide service to and register new clients;
Assist with maintaining the database (client registration);
Provide technical product promotion;
Communicate with clients via email, phone and WhatsApp to provide information about processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist/technical program), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus;
Must have at least one year remaining before graduation;
