About the role

  • Customer service role providing efficient support in freight forwarding operations at DSV. Handling customer inquiries through various channels in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customer
  • Responsible for daily business learning and follow-up to ensure compliance
  • Follow local SOPs with shippers/consignees for the business
  • Handle customer inquiry via phone, e-mail and face to face meeting
  • Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures
  • Prepare customers’ statistics and reports upon request

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in freight forwarding operations
  • Familiarity with local SOPs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of shipping documents and procedures
