About the role

  • Internship role at CIEE, coordinating student and institutional engagement while managing databases and opportunities. Develop skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion/publication of opportunities.
  • Update client records.
  • Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date.
  • Direct users to the appropriate pages on the Portal according to requested services.
  • Clarify customer questions about products and services.
  • Provide service and register new clients.
  • Assist with maintaining the database (client registration).
  • Schedule, modify, and terminate contracts.
  • Provide customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require concentration.
  • Must have at least one year remaining until graduation.
  • Must reside in the Federal District (DF), Brazil.
