About the role

  • Motorsport Events Assistant handling Porsche’s Centre Hospitality Programme and managing relationships with Motorsport and Porsche Centres. Responsible for event planning and delivery in the UK, requiring strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project Lead for Porsche Centre Hospitality Programme
  • Develop commercial relationships between Motorsport and Porsche Centres
  • Assist with race weekend admin, including hotel bookings, Championship Bulletins, management of Race Centre, Sponsor Hospitality Programme, Working Documents, Paddock Plans
  • Assist with finance matters relating to Event Management (SAP and Concur)
  • Liaison with external suppliers with joint event responsibility
  • Liaison with PCGB departments where necessary

Requirements

  • A Level education with experience in planning Events and working in the Hospitality sector
  • Experience in Hospitality, Events or live Event operations
  • Experience in Event Planning
  • Strong communication skills and experienced in managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of, or interest in Motorsport
