About the role
- Event Producer handling daily operations for esports tournaments and activations. Connecting teams to deliver memorable experiences while managing schedules and vendor relations in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de ações e eventos da empresa
- Garantir o bom andamento do planejamento dos eventos, mantendo contato contínuo com fornecedores, parceiros e patrocinadores
- Assegurar a execução do cronograma de eventos e das entregas de patrocínio acordadas
- Gerir o relacionamento com parceiros, garantindo o cumprimento de contratos e a qualidade das entregas
- Manter todos os envolvidos informados sobre o status, prazos e possíveis ajustes dos eventos
- Estar próximo dos times internos responsáveis pela execução de eventos e ativações de patrocínio
- Garantir uma experiência positiva para convidados, parceiros e atrações especiais durante os eventos
- Coletar e analisar feedbacks dos participantes, propondo planos de ação e melhorias para eventos futuros
Requirements
- Formação superior em Publicidade e Propaganda, Produção de Eventos, Marketing e/ou áreas correlatas
- Residir e/ou ter fácil acesso a Sorocaba
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencial em nosso escritório no bairro Campolim em Sorocaba/SP
- Conhecimento em esports e games é requisito essencial para o perfil da vaga na Gamers Club
