Sales Manager responsible for leading Ponsse France sales team and driving business growth. Requires collaboration with the Country Manager and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Managing Ponsse France sales team and coordinating and supporting Selling dealer in France and Belgium
Budgeting & forecasting sales volumes for PSAS and dealers (FR&BE)
Goal setting and monitoring performance of Sales Reps
Lead & Opportunity management and Offer base reporting
Managing Operator training team
Managing Used machine sales
Do estimations for potential new and used machine purchaser for 6 month to year period
Actively find new customers for new and used equipment – Active sales
Planning and monitoring machine financing
Order – delivery process management
Planning DEMO´s and other field activities to improve sales together with Sales Reps.
Taking care of CRM data in Salesforce (customer data, offer base, machine deals etc.) together with Sales Reps.
Local marketing actions together with the marketing team
Requirements
Sales manage need to be open minded, social and have good and systematic approach to the work.
Product knowledge or forestry industry experience seen as beneficial, but not mandatory, we would value the experience from heavy machinery industry.
Proven track record of the previous successful sales roles is needed.
People leadership knowledge.
Customer centric mindset, ability to work both independently and within the team.
Good computer skills especially previous experience of CRM usage or Salesforce is appreciated.
Must be fluent in French and in English, in written and verbal communication.
Good Communication skills on the phone
