About the role
- Project Coordinator/Project Engineer supporting a portfolio of WA Projects at Pollination. Involves managing multiple project streams, coordination with partners, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects streams of work relating to technical, commercial, financial, approvals and/or community engagement
- Working closely with our project joint venture partners, including the exciting opportunity to work closely with our First Nations development partners
- Understanding the project development lifecycle and ensuring projects progress effectively aligned with internal processes, legal requirements, and industry standards and risks are appropriately managed
- Coordinate and engage specialist consultants (e.g. environmental, planning, engineering) to achieve key project milestones
- Preparing professional documents to present complex information in a simple and understandable form
- Supporting the management and administration of processes and systems
- Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient progress and resource allocation
Requirements
- At least five years experience working in a project controls, technical, commercial or community/stakeholder engagement role relating to major projects
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to actively manage and progress multiple streams of work concurrently
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience with GIS software viewed favourably but not essential
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent level of attention to detail and high level writing skills
- Be a strong team player with a high level of loyalty, resilience, enthusiasm, and the ability to work autonomously
