Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact within Games Operations for all compliance requirements, ensuring processes are tracked and completed on time.
Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, taking full ownership of annual regulator submissions to prevent gaps or missed deadlines.
Serve as the point of contact for all new market entry planning, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance and smooth launches.
Collaborate with product and tech teams on new initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with clear accountability.
Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized knowledge base for the Games Operations team, improving documentation and knowledge sharing over the long term.
Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance documentation, ensuring alignment and completeness.
Work with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones to track, coordinate, and execute tasks and projects.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C), with an understanding of games compliance and certification requirements for casino products.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent time management and self-management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across locations and time zones, navigating differing priorities and workflows.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of identifying issues, creating solutions, and improving processes.
While games expertise is helpful, it is not mandatory—a structured, organized approach and ability to learn quickly are more important.
