About the role

  • Gerente Comercial leading sales operations for a LegalTech company in Porto Alegre. Overseeing sales team performance to drive demand generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Directly lead the coordinators of the LDR, SDR, and Closers teams
  • Ensure alignment between demand generation, qualification, and closing
  • Develop leadership and strengthen the autonomy of the sales organization
  • Be responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets
  • Monitor and optimize sales funnel performance metrics
  • Ensure revenue predictability and accurate forecasting
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose structural improvements to the sales process
  • Structure and refine sales processes, routines, and playbooks
  • Define and adjust prospecting cadences and commercial outreach
  • Ensure a high technical standard in commercial interactions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience (CX)
  • Translate market feedback into product, positioning, and commercial approach improvements
  • Implement management and development rituals with the team
  • Build and develop a high-performance sales team

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading commercial teams in technology companies (preferably SaaS)
  • Experience with B2B consultative sales
  • Strong data orientation and focus on performance metrics
  • Ability to translate analysis into concrete actions
  • Experience developing leaders and sales teams
  • Ability to operate across strategy and operations
  • Autonomy, proactiveness, and an ownership mindset
