Responsibilities
- Welcome guests by presenting our different offerings, answering their questions and providing a brief Hawaiian culinary experience from order to payment
- Take orders for dine-in and takeaway via various platforms while managing delivery driver flow
- Lead and supervise teams during service
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Implement and enforce operational production processes
- Manage proper supply and stock control
- Handle operational HR management: recruitment, training, scheduling, targets, working time, annual reviews, etc.
- Foster a strong team spirit within the restaurant
- Monitor key restaurant performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in restaurant management
- Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
- Energetic and curious: you enjoy being hands-on, taking initiative, and working in a young, stimulating environment
- A natural affinity for operations and a desire to grow in a dynamic setting
