Responsibilities
Welcome guests by presenting our different offerings, answering their questions and providing a brief Hawaiian culinary experience from order to payment
Take orders for dine-in and takeaway via various platforms while managing delivery driver flow
Lead and supervise teams during service
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Implement and enforce operational production processes
Manage proper supply and stock control
Handle operational HR management: recruitment, training, scheduling, targets, working time, annual reviews, etc.
Foster a strong team spirit within the restaurant
Monitor key restaurant performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed
Requirements
At least two years of experience in restaurant management
Organized and detail-oriented: comfortable with numbers and reporting tools
Energetic and curious: you enjoy being hands-on, taking initiative, and working in a young, stimulating environment
A natural affinity for operations and a desire to grow in a dynamic setting
