Vendor Relationship & Commercial Contracts Manager at ESB leading the commercial contract strategy for Facilities Management contracts. Responsible for establishing a high-performing contract management team and driving efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the FM contract and vendor strategy
Lead commercial and contractual governance across the FM portfolio
Establish and embed best practice contract management frameworks
Act as the senior commercial lead and interface with strategic FM service providers
Drive cost savings, efficiencies, value for money, and continuous improvement across the FM supply chain
Establish, lead, and develop a high-performing contract management team as a center of excellence
Requirements
At least seven years’ experience managing large, complex service contracts within Facilities Management or a comparable asset-intensive setting
Demonstrable record of achieving cost optimisation, efficiencies, and enhanced service performance
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in demanding, multi-stakeholder environments
A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience is essential
Proficient in IT systems
Candidates must possess a full, valid driving licence.
