Responsibilities
Improving and executing the Credit Risk Review sampling methodology and sample selection BAU activities.
Providing insight and assistance around system of record data sourcing, data usage and quality, and data best practices.
Working with CRR staff to meet needs for data analysis and reporting that provide credit insights beyond what is readily available.
Supporting the identification, creation, and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
Coordinating, leading and preparing materials for, and/or participating in departmental meetings and trainings as well as creating and updating data documentation, training documentation, and department communications as required.
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
understanding of credit data and credit business process
analytical thinking, risk management, and process improvement
Tableau or Power BI experience
SQL, SAS, or Python knowledge
communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
