Responsibilities
Provide analytical and operational support across Doc Prep and other CAM functional areas.
Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Serve as a quality review function, acting as a second set of eyes on work completed.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including project‑based work and workflow redesign.
Develop and maintain reporting, spreadsheets, and analyses using intermediate Excel skills.
Requirements
Associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
2 or more years’ related experience.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
