Commercial Asset Manager Sr leading asset management teams across portfolios or territories at PNC. Responsible for developing strategies, managing risks, and achieving performance objectives.
Responsibilities
Leads overall direction and goals of the group
Manages a team of asset professionals, including managers and workout activities for multiple portfolios or territories
Reviews and approves strategies submitted by the team
Provides guidance and may offer alternative strategies
Oversees workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses
Drafts, enhances and complies with policies, procedures and regulations
Builds relationships across PNC and the broader industry, including regulators
Develops and communicates mission, goals, values and strategic direction in order to facilitate the market's understanding of how credit/workout objectives support the overall companywide objectives
Represents the business unit in business segment and senior leadership meetings
Provides coaching and leadership to develop team members
Develops and meets key performance objectives
