About the role

  • Oversight of a team of Crisis Action Officers or Supervisors
  • Monitor and prepare comprehensive assessments related to incidents or events
  • Assess hazards presenting risk and execute response plans
  • Coordinate resources for event response
  • Ensure compliance of business continuity processes
  • Collaborate with leaders on business continuity issues
  • Develop the strategic approach to advance the program and execute plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
  • Auditing Operations experience
  • Competitive Advantages knowledge
  • Crisis Management expertise
  • Disaster Recovery Planning understanding
  • Experience in Process Design
  • Regulatory Compliance knowledge
