About the role
- Oversight of a team of Crisis Action Officers or Supervisors
- Monitor and prepare comprehensive assessments related to incidents or events
- Assess hazards presenting risk and execute response plans
- Coordinate resources for event response
- Ensure compliance of business continuity processes
- Collaborate with leaders on business continuity issues
- Develop the strategic approach to advance the program and execute plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Auditing Operations experience
- Competitive Advantages knowledge
- Crisis Management expertise
- Disaster Recovery Planning understanding
- Experience in Process Design
- Regulatory Compliance knowledge
