Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day management, sustainment and growth of key accounts
Build strong relationship with customers through prompt communication
Owns and manages Key Account Scorecards and partners with departments for quality and delivery ratings
Supports the creation of proposals, recommends pricing, and executes contracts
Collaborates with field sales teams for account growth and performance
Handle order entry and ERP/MRP ownership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Account Management or Technical Sales servicing OEM Aerospace accounts
3+ years of experience creating LOBs/Schedule/Delivery Plans in excel
3+ years of experience in pricing proposals
Excellent analytical abilities, experienced utilizing ERPs workflows for RMA process and Contract Review
Understanding of pricing and margin, EOQ, concepts and strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project and other PC based office tools
Must have good listening skills and the ability to be mindful and attentive to feedback from customers
Bachelor Level degree or 10+ years of professional experience in customer satisfaction positions in manufacturing companies
Preferred Qualifications Program Management Institute PMP Certification
