About the role

  • Program Performance Manager at Rubbercraft handling key account management and customer relationship for aerospace industry. Overseeing quality, delivery and collaboration with sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, sustainment and growth of key accounts
  • Build strong relationship with customers through prompt communication
  • Owns and manages Key Account Scorecards and partners with departments for quality and delivery ratings
  • Supports the creation of proposals, recommends pricing, and executes contracts
  • Collaborates with field sales teams for account growth and performance
  • Handle order entry and ERP/MRP ownership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Account Management or Technical Sales servicing OEM Aerospace accounts
  • 3+ years of experience creating LOBs/Schedule/Delivery Plans in excel
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing proposals
  • Excellent analytical abilities, experienced utilizing ERPs workflows for RMA process and Contract Review
  • Understanding of pricing and margin, EOQ, concepts and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project and other PC based office tools
  • Must have good listening skills and the ability to be mindful and attentive to feedback from customers
  • Bachelor Level degree or 10+ years of professional experience in customer satisfaction positions in manufacturing companies
  • Preferred Qualifications Program Management Institute PMP Certification
