About the role
- Software/System Test Manager ensuring product and project quality at b-plus. Develops test concepts and assesses risks for reliable releases in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Specification, planning and implementation of test concepts to validate our software and system projects
- Participation in the creation and review of software and system requirements
- Assessment of risks and approval of software releases
- Preparation of test reports and defect reports
- Participation in test processes and methods for continuous improvement (e.g., CI/CD integration)
- Support for project management and quality assurance
- Support for tender/quotation processes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software or system testing, ideally in automotive or embedded technologies
- Solid knowledge of Requirements Engineering
- Experience leading or coordinating small test teams
- Methodical, structured and analytical working style
- ISTQB certification or a comparable qualification desirable
- Very good German and English skills
