Marketing Data Analyst supporting performance and lifecycle marketing while helping grow Plum's data-driven decision making across teams. Lead insights projects and maintain data models using BigQuery and dbt.
Responsibilities
Provide data support across the Marketing Team, with an increased focus on performance and lifecycle marketing
Lead insights projects around return-on-investment, segmentation and produce actionable analyses
Own measurement & attribution: you will collaborate with marketing team on how to track and quantify the growth different channels drive and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects
Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt
Requirements

You have a proven track-record of 2+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, ideally in a marketing team
You are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed
You have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R. Bonus: dbt
You are experienced with data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, tableau
Familiarity with marketing analytics and causal inference
