About the role

  • Director responsible for customer growth and strategy in AI sector. Leading key accounts and driving growth initiatives for Plotdesk GmbH in hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for our key accounts
  • Drive growth initiatives and ensure our customers get the maximum value from our AI platform
  • Build long-term partnerships
  • Develop a deep understanding of complex AI solutions and help customers generate real business value

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategic Account Management or Customer Success Management
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in upselling and customer growth
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent / negotiation-level)
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS products or AI technologies
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
