We are seeking someone who loves selling enough to work in sales — specifically: selling a sales system to salespeople.
Give tailored demonstrations of the Ploomes platform (customized to each client’s scenario — segment, pain points, processes);
Prepare, present, and send commercial proposals;
Conduct follow-ups on pipeline opportunities;
Negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
Requirements
Be a challenger: aligned with the “Challenger” profile from the book The Challenger Sale. If you haven’t read it yet, you’re missing out;
Be ambitious: continuous development is required;
Be resilient: in sales there is no 100% conversion rate. Losses are just steps toward closures;
Have strong communication skills: absorb and convey information clearly and efficiently;
Experience with CRM systems;
Experience with ERP systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience selling SaaS products;
Availability for occasional client visits;
