Responsibilities

  • Manage content planning and operation for major social media platforms in Japan (X, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Build and maintain a highly engaged user community to encourage interaction and organic word-of-mouth promotion.
  • Plan and execute online and offline user events — such as meetups and feature introduction sessions — to strengthen user participation and brand trust.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media or community operations, preferably in Japan.
  • Strong familiarity with Japanese social media platforms (X, Instagram, LINE, YouTube).
  • Excellent Japanese writing and communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in managing online/offline user events and partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with a creative and user-centric approach.
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
