About the role

  • Brand Content Senior Manager at Plaud, focused on refining global brand narratives. Crafting impactful content and supporting executives while driving innovation in AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine Plaud’s global brand story, ensuring consistency across all content formats. Develop narratives that inspire, resonate, educate, and differentiate Plaud in competitive markets.
  • Write and edit content, including media releases, keynote speeches, blogs, whitepapers, product guides, op-eds, and thought-leadership articles. Craft impactful scripts and presentations for product launches, major tech events, and investor communications.
  • Work closely with product marketing and engineering teams to understand features and translate them into clear, engaging stories. Create technical–yet–accessible content that resonates with both professional and consumer audiences.
  • Support C-level executives with speeches, bylines, and conference content that position Plaud as a category leader. Drive a content program that builds credibility with media, analysts, and industry influencers.
  • Establish editorial guidelines and best practices for global teams. Collaborate with PR, digital, and social media teams to amplify content reach.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional writing, brand content, or editorial experience.
  • Proven background in top-tier technology companies (AI, SaaS, smartphone, or hardware/software hybrid).
  • Experience scripting executive keynotes, product launches, or flagship tech events (e.g., CES, MWC, WWDC, Google I/O).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats.
  • Deep understanding of technology products, with the ability to translate complexity into simplicity.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation and elevate efficiency.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Native-level English proficiency; additional global language proficiency is a plus.
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
