Responsibilities
Own the content engine: craft and deliver a strategy that lifts brand awareness, powers lead gen, and helps customers master incident management.
Be the editor-in-chief of our story: lead the editorial calendar, tie content to launches, campaigns, and the initiatives that matter.
Produce blog posts, deep-dive guides, and case studies finely tuned for developers, SREs, and IT leaders.
Collaborate with engineers for how-tos and deep technical insights, and partner with the CEO for thought leadership.
Shape SEO, GEO, and content distribution strategy.
Track what works, analyze engagement, and sharpen strategy with insights.
Monitor trends, competitive shifts, and industry moments to keep ilert ahead of the narrative curve.
Requirements
Content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer ecosystems
Ability to make incident response approachable for both engineers and execs
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce persuasive copy across formats
Combined SEO expertise and analytics that reveals real opportunity
Collaboration experience with technical and executive teammates
Segment-aware content creation
Excellent English; German fluency is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
