About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist supporting global law firm with email marketing, digital solutions, and analytics. Collaborating with teams to enhance digital presence and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end email marketing (eMarketing) campaigns
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize event registration microsites
  • Help maintain a consistent, high‑quality digital presence
  • Support email and digital channel optimization efforts
  • Customize and publish digital communication and event templates
  • Serve as a power user across email marketing, CRM, analytics, and related digital platforms
  • Compile and distribute campaign and platform performance data
  • Create and deploy a wide range of digital collateral
  • Help protect and reinforce the firm’s visual identity and branding standards
  • Collaborate closely with business development, web development, events, creative teams, and external vendors
  • Assist with end‑user support and training coordination
  • Support cross‑team and cross‑office digital marketing, event, and business development initiatives
  • Assist with the development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of mobile applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Three or more years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or similarly complex organization
  • Proficiency working in a PC‑based professional environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms supporting marketing and business development functions
  • Experience configuring events in ON24 or a similar webinar platform is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
  • Experience using Fliplet or similar no‑code/low‑code mobile app development platforms
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
  • Experience generating routine and ad‑hoc email and web performance reports using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
